FAQ

Who are the 2 Free Comp Tickets for?              One free comp ticket is for the participating dancer. The other free comp ticket can be used for a family member or friend. Once the opening number is complete, the dancer will be able to move to the audience to find their seat and enjoy the rest of the show with friends & family!

 

How do I get my Free Comp Tickets & Raffle Ticket?         Comp tickets will be available for you at Will Call beginning at 5:30pm on Friday, March 16th and held under the dancer's name. Inside each envelope at Will Call will be a raffle ticket for you to enter to win a FREE PAIR of K360s!  For additional ticketing needs and questions, you can contact Meghan at meghan@rhythmicsoulstapcompany.com.

 

Where will my seats be?      We have reserved a general seating area for performers and friends. Doors will open at 7:00pm on show day and dancers may select any seats in the designated general seating area.

 

How do I purchase additional tickets?     Additional tickets can be purchased online at a discounted rate of $15-$25. Tickets are $35 at the door, so make sure to purchase online beforehand to receive the discounted prices! CLICK HERE to purchase tickets.

 

When are the rehearsals?   We highly recommend that you attend both rehearsals for the best experience possible. The rehearsal times and locations are as follows:

REHEARSAL & REVIEW (Highly Recommended, but not Mandatory)  Thursday, March 15th 6:00-8:30pm @ Miss Persis Studio of Dance  222 W Main St, Arlington, TX 76010

TECH & DRESS on THE STAGE  (Mandatory)  Friday, March 16th 5:30-6:30pm @ Arlington Music Hall  224 N Center St, Arlington, TX 76011

 

What if I need extra help or would like to get some additional practice in?      Participants may attend any Rhythmic Souls technique class free of charge until March 16th.  Opening Number choreography will be taught during the second half of our technique classes. Feel free to jump in a class and practice the choreography with a group. CLICK HERE for a list of available technique classes.

 

What time do we need to arrive on Show Day?     Plan to arrive between 4:30-5:00pm to allow time for parking, finding the stage, and getting situated. Remember to consider the afternoon traffic!

 

What do we wear?       The color scheme for the Rhythm Revival Opening Number is Red, Black, White, and Gold with a "Vintage" (1920's-1950's) look. Choose any outfit you feel great in that fits within the color scheme. CLICK HERE for some outfit inspiration. Have fun!
 

When and where should I get ready on Show Day?     There will not be dressing room space available at the venue. Performers may leave their shoes and bags in the Balcony section of the theatre during the rehearsal and performance. All Opening Number participants should arrive dressed and ready in full hair, make-up, and costume on show day. Dress to impress and wear something you feel fabulous in and that can double as your outfit for the evening! 

 

Where do we park?   There is a parking lot & street parking located directly behind the theater on Pecan St.
